These sites needed to seamlessly guide potential homeowners through every phase of the community launch — from initial development teasers to showcasing the neighborhood, amenities, home designs, floor plans to sales events and applications.

Given the complexity of these launches and the need for flexibility, the internal teams at Maymont faced a daunting amount of work to coordinate and execute each stage, especially taking into account the growing number of new communities. Time was of the essence, demanding quick solutions that met each community's unique launch date.

Our mission was clear: deliver these websites quickly and empower the Maymont team with the ability to control content dynamically , turning features and pages on or off depending on the community's launch phase. We dove in, aiming to create a solution that would bring ease, speed, and efficiency to the process.

We embarked on a journey of discovery, carefully assessing Maymont's existing brand assets. This paved the way for a refreshing visual language for each BTR community.

Think of it as a curated collection of reusable components, following clear guidelines, all designed to build a distinct brand personality. We meticulously integrated foundational elements like logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery, shaping the visual identity that would resonate with future residents.
